Video & Audio Transcription Services
TranscriptionMax provides Microsoft Word or ASCII transcripts of your audio and video recordings. Our 3-pass review system, in addition to our experience across multiple industries, produces quality transcripts for each project.
We accept all common digital audio and video formats, including MP3, M4A, WAV, Olympus, Sony, MOV, AVI, WMV, as well as Skype and other VoIP recordings. We also transcribe analog tapes (microcassette, standard, and VHS). In addition, we can usually capture recorded audio from conference call providers, or webcasts directly from a Web site.
Ask just about any experienced transcriptionist and they'll tell you it can take 4-5 hours to transcribe 1 hour of recording (7-9 hours for a novice without the right equipment). Therefore, it is likely to cost you less and be more productive to outsource your transcription project than to do it in-house.
At TranscriptionMax, we provide multiple rate levels, as well as discounts for registered non-profit organizations.
Spanish-to-English and English-to-Spanish translation services for your transcripts at competitive rates. We also offer Spanish-to-Spanish transcription only (without translation). We use native Spanish-speaking transcriptionists. However, we do not provide rush turnaround for this service.
U.S. Based Company and Transcriptionists
All work is performed in the United States by transcriptionists with English as their native language (excluding Spanish transcription).
